Training Services 

We maintain a dedicated classroom facility and experienced engineers to provide instruction in everything from basic Linux administration to advanced classes in Distribution Analysis applications. We can also develop customized courses to be delivered on-site.

 

Turn Key Services

Teaming carefully selected expert partners with our project management and engineering teams, we can provide you with everything form turn-key system installations to communication studies and equipment maintenance services.

The ACS HelpDesk is staffed by dedicated, degreed engineers who know and understand our solutions well. Standard hours for the HelpDesk are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.

The ACS customer conference, called ACSessions, is held annually near our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. ACSessions is one of the longest running annual customer conferences in our industry, with the first one being held in 1978. This event focuses on customer education, training and networking and is attended by ACS customers from all over the US and the world.
